Our Distribution System
In general, our buildings are available through a large network of independent, locally owned businesses acting as Lester Building Dealers. Lester Building Systems is a material supplier to these businesses. Construction (labor) agreements are between the Buyer and the Dealer.
In parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois, company employed Territory Managers oversee direct sales and service.
Where you build determines your distributor. Material-only building packages may be an option, if the Buyer prefers alternative labor.

RS Moreland Construction Inc
R. S. Moreland Construction Inc. has two locations: Middleburgh, NY and Mooresville, NC.
R. Stephen (Steve) Moreland is President of R. S. Moreland Construction, Inc., a general contracting firm that began in 1970 and incorporated in 1977. The company provides building construction services to the Schoharie Valley and surrounding area, including the Greater Capital District area around Albany, NY. They've recently expanded and now service 50 miles around Mooresville, NC in addition to New York.
When it was originally formed, the business was active in dairy and barn equipment, as well as building construction. Since the late 1980's the business has concentrated on building construction and related services such as concrete and site preparation.
Steve has been active in local planning, development, and zoning committees, and he has been recognized for his contributions to various organizations in his community. He is a long-time member of National Frame Builders Association. He has served on building advisory councils and participated in a variety of training seminars and panels.
