Our Distribution System
In general, our buildings are available through a large network of independent, locally owned businesses acting as Lester Building Dealers. Lester Building Systems is a material supplier to these businesses. Construction (labor) agreements are between the Buyer and the Dealer.
In parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois, company employed Territory Managers oversee direct sales and service.
Where you build determines your distributor. Material-only building packages may be an option, if the Buyer prefers alternative labor.

I have grown up working side by side with my father in the construction industry. He built custom cabinets for 40 years and has left a legacy of amazing craftsmanship spread across South Carolina. After I returned home from my last deployment overseas with the US Army, my father passed away just 4 weeks later.
My father instilled a sense of pride in my abilities to make extraordinary buildings that will forever change the skyline of the Carolinas. I realized that life will pass you by in the blink of an eye. It has aways been a dream of mine to own a business in the construction industry and I thought, "why not take the same sense of pride and integrity I have shown in the military and put it into the construction industry."
I established Shreve Innovations LLC. Post Frame construction is a rapidly growing industry within the southeast and has exploded with popularity all across the country. I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of post frame construction and couldn't see myself doing anything else. The post frame industry allows me to be as creative as the customer allows, and provides the customer with a building that will last a lifetime. There are many differant approaches you can take when building a post frame structure which allows the customization to flourish. We take great pride in every project and strive for excellence. Shreve Innovations takes the clients dreams and turns them into reality.
