The exterier includes Quaker Gray walls with a custom siding finish flat metal from Indonesia, Black and Quaker Gray trim, stone wainscot and our Eclipse Metal Roof System in Black. The front of the building includes a commercial store front and flat roof area.
The interior is insulated with a concrete floor, Mezzanine and Liner by Lester.
